Check Your Email

Your tracking number was sent to your checkout email once your order shipped. Check spam too. Tracking emails come from contact@katoolmachinary.com.

Carrier Will Call You

For freight shipments, the carrier will call to schedule delivery. Make sure your phone number is correct. If you miss their call, check voicemail and call back promptly to avoid redelivery fees.

Tracking Not Updating?

LTL freight tracking updates less frequently than parcel. If no update in 3+ business days, email contact@katoolmachinary.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows delivered but hasn’t arrived, or arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours at contact@katoolmachinary.com or call (706) 395-8592. Do not sign for damaged goods without noting it.
