Eligibility
Dealer Requirements
Registered Business
Must be a legally registered business entity (LLC, Corp, Sole Proprietor) with a valid EIN or business registration number.
Sales Volume Commitment
Minimum purchase commitment of $10,000 per quarter to maintain active dealer status and access wholesale pricing.
Relevant Industry
Operating in automotive, heavy equipment, construction, landscaping, agriculture, or related industries preferred.
Storefront or Online Presence
Must have an active storefront, website, or established sales channel where Katool products will be marketed.
Good Standing
Business must be in good financial standing with no outstanding disputes or unresolved legal matters.
Dealer Agreement
Must sign and comply with the Katool Machinery Authorized Dealer Agreement, including brand guidelines and pricing policies.
