We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your order for any eligible reason, we are committed to making it right. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 15 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused and has not been assembled, operated, or installed
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • The item shows no signs of use, damage, or modification
  • A return authorization has been issued by Katool Machinery prior to shipping the item back

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email contact@katoolmachinary.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item in its current condition. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Receive Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide the correct warehouse return address. Do not ship the item back without an RA number.

Ship the Item Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging and arrange return freight at your own cost. Use a trackable carrier and send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when issued.

Arrived Damaged? Act Within 24 Hours
Do not sign the receipt without noting damage. Write “damaged”, photograph it, and contact us within 24 hours at contact@katoolmachinary.com or (706) 395-8592. Damage reported after a clean signature may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer pays all return freight. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we cover all return costs — contact us immediately.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the amount to your account.
