To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted for return.
For standard returns, the customer pays all return freight. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we cover all return costs — contact us immediately.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the amount to your account.
