Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2PM EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 48 continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations. Our 6 warehouse locations allow us to ship from the closest facility to your address, reducing transit time significantly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.
Freight Delivery
Heavy equipment ships via LTL freight carrier. The driver will deliver curbside — they are not responsible for moving equipment inside. We recommend having help available on delivery day. A liftgate is included for ground-level delivery at no extra charge.
Damaged Shipments — Important
If your equipment arrives with visible damage, do not sign the delivery receipt without noting the damage. Write “damaged” on the receipt before the driver leaves, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours at contact@katoolmachinary.com or (706) 395-859. Damage reported after signing without notation may not be covered.

Delivery estimates are in business days and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the order date.
All orders ship from the nearest Katool warehouse to your delivery address to minimize transit time.
Freight carriers will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Delivery is curbside only. The freight driver will not move equipment inside your property. Please arrange help in advance.
Liftgate service is included at no additional cost for all freight shipments to ground-level delivery addresses.

Common Questions
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately at contact@katoolmachinary.com or call (706) 395-859. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible or may incur a redirect fee from the carrier.
What if I’m not home for the delivery?
The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. If you miss the appointment, they will typically attempt redelivery or hold the shipment at their facility. Redelivery fees may apply after the first missed attempt. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time.
Do you offer inside delivery or white glove service?
Standard delivery is curbside only. We do not currently offer inside delivery or white glove installation services. Please arrange appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack) or personnel to move the equipment from the delivery point to its final location.
Can I pick up my order from a warehouse?
Warehouse pickup is not currently available to the public. All orders are fulfilled and shipped via our freight carrier network. If you have a specific requirement, please contact us at contact@katoolmachinary.com to discuss options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For LTL freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent than parcel shipments. The carrier will also contact you directly by phone to schedule your delivery appointment. If you have not received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
