15 days from delivery date
Condition
Unused, in original packaging with all accessories
Email contact@katoolmachinary.com with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of your delivery date. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.

Repack the Equipment
Make sure the item is unused and securely repacked in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals and components. Missing parts or damaged packaging may affect your refund amount.

Arrange Return Freight
Book a freight carrier at your own cost to return the equipment to our warehouse. Use a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment.

Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email the Warranty Team
Send an email to warranty@katoolmachinary.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and your contact details. Include photos or video of the defect if possible — this speeds up your claim significantly.

Claim Assessment
Our warranty team will review your claim within 1–2 business days. We may request additional information, photos or a video of the fault to assess whether it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Resolution
Depending on the nature of the defect, we will arrange repair, replacement parts, or a full unit replacement at no cost to you. Our goal is to get you back to work as quickly as possible.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Misuse or operator damage
Unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
Fluids, filters and consumables
Accidental or impact damage
Damage from improper storage
Cosmetic damage after delivery
Damage reported after warranty period
Important — Damaged on Arrival
If your equipment arrives visibly damaged, do not sign the delivery receipt without noting the damage. Write “damaged” on the receipt before the driver leaves, photograph the damage, and contact us within 24 hours at contact@katoolmachinary.com. Damage reported after a clean signature may not qualify for a warranty or return claim.
